Vein Graft for Ulnar Artery Thrombosis (Hammer Syndrome)

This patient presents a thrombosis of the ulnar artery, with thrombotic segments identified
both at the thenar eminence and more proximally. A vein graft will be performed. The veins
used are either a saphenous vein or a vein segment harvested from the forearm.
