Here is the completed suture. The threads will be trimmed, and the clamp will then be
released.The first ultrasound image shows the thrombosis of the ulnar artery. It was a
significant thrombosis with vascular impairment affecting the 4th and 5th rays. This
ultrasound image also demonstrates good patency of the intermetacarpal artery in the 3rd
web space.
