Interfascicular nerve graft at the radial collateral nerve of the index finger. The lesion
               required neuroma resection, and two nerve fascicles will be used to restore continuity.
               Nerve grafts will be harvested either from the forearm, from the posterior interosseous
               nerve at the dorsal aspect of the wrist, or in cases requiring a larger graft, from the external
               saphenous nerve at the level of the leg.
