Nerve

This is a case of an injury at the pulp level, demonstrating that it is entirely possible to
perform a suture in the middle of the pulp. This was crucial as the injury involved the radial
collateral nerve of the index finger. The suture will help restore sensitivity, which is essential
               for thumb-index pinch function.
