Applicable to VW-Audi 3.0 V6 TwinCam petrol engines as found in Audi A4, A6,

This tool set is designed for the locking/positioning of engine shafts such as
camshafts and crankshaft. Also includes tools to lock, position and adjust the timing
belt tensioner.
An indispensable tool kit when replacing a timing belt or performing an engine
repair.

Tensioner Tool (Ribbed V-Belt)
Suitable for use on ribbed V-belts as found in VW Polo, Golf, Passat, T4 and Audi.

The KL-0284-12 tensioner tool enables the automatic tensioner pulley to be released
when replacing a ribbed V-belt.
Advantage:
The lever head attachment is reversable/interchangeable.
