WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM?
There are problems to doctors and staffnurse when use the desktop computer in ICU which is more wasteful time and not portability especially
during ward round. More time should be spend on urgency work like patient tracing laboratory result and stat medications order. A desktop
computer requires extra space to place and has to always plugin.
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
Changed to portable laptop
Equipped with a wheeled stand
Ward round using the portable laptop

WHAT WAS THE BENEFITS?
Portability and mobility to use during ward round.
Convenient which can use for many tasks easier and faster especially trace patients formal laboratory result and stat medication orders.
Efficient energy in battery life and no more plugin. Can use during round without worrying about the laptop running out of power.
Less space for storing.
