There are having problems to doctors and staffnurse when there is not available proper whiteboard for bed managemet in ICU.

Changed to bed management whiteboard
A clinical workflow tool designed to facilitate communication among all members of the healthcare team
Displaying numerous aspects of a patient’s status including identity, date of admission, diagnosis, ventilation status.

WHAT WAS THE BENEFITS?

Primary teams can get update regarding current ICU bed status.
Patient that plan to transfer out to general ward can be label early after round.
Can record the time and name of the patient from general ward who will transfer in to the ICU.
Facilitate doctors arranging patients in ICU(admission and transfer out)
