INK FILTER BENEFITS:
 Increases in the longevity of your anilox roller.
 Decrease in scoring lines, wear and tear of the ceramic or chrome surface due to
fragments particle from doctor blades, ink and anilox roller.
 Ink free from foreign objects that damage and score your anilox rollers
 Protects your pumps diaphragm

WHAT DOES THE FILTER CONSIST OF?:
 The filters body which is either aluminium or stainless steel
 A magnet attached to the lid for easy removal and cleaning
 An element. This comes in three different mesh grades.
 Fine, medium and coarse. It is recommended that the customer start with the medium
first.
 O-Ring to prevent leaks
 Two Locking nuts – this is to secure the lid, O Ring and body together

SETTING UP OF FILTER:
The filter is attached just after the pump that pumps the ink to the chamber blade unit. It
is advisable to attach a by-pass to the system in case of filter been clogging. Machine can
still run without stopping. The element can be removed and replaced and then let the ink
can be pumped through the filter again. It’s advisable to inform the customer to keep
spare elements for quick change over.
