ACCURATE COMPLETION OF FORMS:

In order for Engineering to give you the most accurate quotation for what your customer requires you will need to supply
us with as much information as possible.

Remember we are not with you at your customer, so any information they might pass on to you is very important to us in
     order to quote.

Items like material being cut, application, problems the customer might be having with the blade (breakages, short life)
help us decide on correct materials and sharpening techniques to use.

Take note if the sample is worn and always ask what the original size was, so we can quote on the original size.

Quantities make a very big difference in price, so check monthly / quarterly usage as 1, 5 and 10 off will be vastly different
costs. Higher quantities equal lower individual costs.

If the sample is too technical to draw, rather take down the basic sizes and add pictures, even better request a sample to
     send to us.

If a sample is sent, make sure you advise on the enquiry when the sample is being sent and that it is clearly marked.
