 52100 - dished knife - Material hardness is 55 - 60 HRC
 D2- dished knife - d2 material hardness will be 62 HRC
 D2 & EN31 - Crush Cutter knives - hardness is 55 HRC
 52100 - Bottom knives - hardness is 55 - 60 HRC
 M2 - Core cutters - hardness 63 HRC
 D2 - Core cutters - hardness 60 – 62 HRC
