RECYL CLEAN 2000.

Recyl Clean 2000 helps Flexo (and Offset and Gravure) printers and converters maintain quality by
keeping the Anilox and Chrome Rollers clean, through a weekly manual clean. This product is designed
as a maintenance cleaning product for in the machine and off the machine cleaning. Recyl Clean 2000
is designed to maximize cell volume transfer capacity on both Ceramic and Chrome rollers. Recyl works
on all types of products. Its thixotropic properties ensure an even finish and does not dry over the
surface, or inside the cells or of the Anilox Roller. The idea behind this is that if you frequently clean
the Anilox Roller you will have between 99 and 100% of the cells capacity available. This in turn will
provide one with consistent cell volume transfer. This was one of our first agency that we required 30
years ago. Recyl was the product that allowed us to get into many companies. Recyl is available in an
800-gram goose neck bottle for easy pouring.

STAINLESS STEEL BRUSHES

If an anilox is clogged and you need to get it clean quickly, using a stainless steel brush will help turn
the Recyl Clean over in the cells and help clean the anilox quicker…….it is not about applied force,
but rather about turning the product over in the cells.

REVIVE AQUA WASH 5111

Revive Aqua Wash is an Alkaline based general-purpose cleaner of water based products. 5111 can
be used straight or diluted 1:1 with water. Can be used by hand or in a bath. Must use gloves and
goggles to protect eyes and hands from chemicals. Works well on Litho coating stations as a cleaning
agent to pump through the system on water based coatings.
