Mzingaye Kahla

Chief Operating Officer

Mzingaye Kahla is the Chief Operating Officer at Riversands I-Hub, a
world class business incubator offering infrastructure for light
manufacturing entities and providing businesses support services
essential for growth and sustainability. The organization houses the
biggest incubator in Africa at their 40 000m2 facility in the North of
Johannesburg where they directly work with 160 businesses at any given
time. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Design Thinking and
Innovation from EMERITUS and a Bcom in Business Management from
the University of Pretoria. Prior to this role, he was the Regional Manager
at Shanduka Blackumbrellas Johannesburg responsible for Strategy
development and execution, operations management, stakeholder
engagement and fundraising. Mzingaye is a seasoned entrepreneurship
development specialist with experience in various sectors including
finance, management consulting and Fund management.
He is an advocate for the development of a vibrant African start-up and
entrepreneurial ecosystem, which would aid in addressing the social-
economic challenges faced by the continent and is seeking to build
strategic partnerships to achieve this objective.
