Minute challenge A game for 2 players

You need: a minute timer; interlocking cubes; scissors

D Cut out the arrow cards at the bottom of this sheet.

D Set the timer.
In one minute, fit together as many cubes as you can,
in any shape you like.

D When the minute is up, estimate the number of cubes
in each of your shapes.
Now count how many cubes there are.

Let's count.

D Choose the right arrow card to put between your shapes.
In the empty box nearest to your shape, write down its volume.

D Repeat until you have used up all the cards.
(You can make more cards if you need them.)
