YALE MAMMOGRAPHY VAN

The Yale-New Haven Digital Mammography Van will be in our parking lot from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please call 203-688-1010 to schedule your appointment. Women must be 40 years of age or older, have no known breast problems, not have breast implants and not have had a screening mammogram in the past twelve months.

Hearing Aid Specialist Nick Wills will provide hearing tests; ear canal inspections; hearing aid cleaning; Miracle Ear hearing aid adjustments; and general advice on hearing aids and coping with hearing loss, on a first come, first-served basis.

Our Evening Cabarets are open to all. There is a cover charge at the door to help defray costs (Members $2.00; Non-members $4.00). Lake View Café dinner tickets include the cover charge. June Cabaret entertainment features:
June 1: The Survivors Swing Band Dance Party. This 7-piece jazz band plays classic melodies from an era gone by. Shine up your dance shoes and join us.
June 8: Sherri Ziccardi, known for her soaring soprano voice, sings everything from show tunes to classical and sacred music. She has perform on musical theatre stages and as a concert soloist. Sherri will be performing the Music of Broadway and Beyond.
June 15: DJ Dick. Our own Dick Barbieri will entertain us with music from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Great dance music or just sit back and sing along with your favorites.
June 22: Val Rogers Duo. Professional vocalist Val Rogers sang for several years with the USO. Val and her pianist will perform songs from the Great American Songbook.
June 29: Music and Dance of the Scottish Highlands. There will be singing, bagpiping and Highland dancing as Maggie Carchrie and Friends bring you over to Bonnie Scotland! Learn many traditions and customs of Scotland including stories of the Highlands and Islands. Listen to the bagpipes and enjoy the Callanish Scottish Dancers.
