In a life of sweat and tears
Working hard throughout the years
Still coming home in despair,
where all hope seems to disappear
Help us too be aware, that you are near
and dear to us, someone whom we can always trust One who loves us so much, has prepared a place for us
Oh, Heavenly Farther, hear us when we pray,
give us the strength to face anything that comes our way By your grace make us yours in every way,
by coming into our hearts and changing us today
For, in your presence we want to stay,
true to you until the day, we will see you face to face Coming home to live with you, in your Heavenly place
