WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

eCAREER is a digital mentorship program that focuses
on helping youth and young adults to develop skills
and preapare themselves to find a job and enter the
workforce!
You will be matched 1:1 with a mentor from a
multinational corporation and meet with them every
1-2 weeks to learn new skills. Join this exclusive
opportunity for JA Alumni in the AP region!

HOW DOES IT wORK?

1 You will register on our platform and create a profile.
The deadline to register is November 6th! There are
limited seats available, and we will accept registrations
on a first-come-first serve basis.
2 You will be matched with a mentor from a multinational
corporation. Matching will start mid-November, 2020.
3 You will meet in our virtual classroom with embedded
eLearning materials and discuss topics like how to write a
CV, preparing a cover letter, getting ready for a job
interview, setting goals …and more! You decide when to
meet with your mentor based on both of your
availabilities.

Who CAN PARTICIPATE IN eCAREER?

1 You must be fluent in English in order to participate in
eCareer.
2 You should be able to access a device to participate
(laptop, PC, tablet/iPad).
3 You are interested in gaining insights into the working
world and are looking for support in preparing for job
applications and career orientation.
