For individuals who have been issued business mobile sim cards, GNOC understands that at times you
will use your business phone for personal reasons as well as business calls.

It is the individual’s responsibility not to use the phone for their personal calls while overseas. In the
case of use by the staff member GNOC will invoice the user for the personal calls made. Itemized
accounts for each phone are kept to make sure phones are not abused.

Staff should note that any mobile phone numbers that are transferred to the GNOC telephone account
become the property of GNOC and are unable to be taken with the staff member on the cessation of
                   employment with GNOC.

4.6.2 Private Phones used for Business

For individuals using private phones for business use, GNOC will reimburse the cost of calls made for
                   business reasons.

A copy of the account and the reasons for the calls should be signed off by the
Staff member and submitted to the Executive Director for reimbursement.
