Looking to the Future

The future of our company can be taken anywhere. By streamlining and improving the efficiency
of our production process, we can expand into using various local wood sources such as ifit and
develop unique ocean designs depicting the different bays and coves that represent the beautiful
beach sceneries found all around Guam. We are proud that our pieces are locally made with local
materials and through our pieces, we would like to portray the natural beauty of Guam to others
and be a company that proudly represents Guam on a global stage and lead the way in
   promoting an eco-conscious environment.

Junior Achievement unlocks the potential in individual students. Our experience with Ginefsaga
has exposed us to the real world, where we learned the importance of being a responsible
individual and taking action to make and bring plans to life, and dreams to fruition. As a team, we
have overcome many challenges and hurdles. From losing members and officers to figuring out
the logistical challenges of producing handmade pieces, we managed to keep our heads up and

   persevering until the end.

From working afterschool on our wood pieces to cleaning up late at night, we've grown closer as
a team and also as individuals. JA has taught us that in life, there will be many challenges, but if
we persevere and continue to push ourselves and support each other as a team, we will feel
gratified and rewarded. Individually, we've also learned more about ourselves by getting out of
our comfort zone. From reaching out to a respected business leader for advice, and to asking a
random stranger in the aisle of a store if they are interested in hearing about our product, we've
strengthened our confidence and honed the skillsets of what it means to be an entrepreneur and
captured the essence of the entrepreneurial spirit
