Club/federation structures
The structure of your club/federation will vary, depending on its size, functions,
goals, location, etc. Although this is the case, the key to an effective club/federation
structure is that the board/management committee, executive committee and
subcommittees have specifically designed purpose statements and the right
people involved in them.
