Introduction

Welcome to the Oceania Sport Education Program (OSEP) family.

What is OSEP?

OSEP is a training program under the ONOC with the principle aim of beginning
accreditation pathways for national sport organisations and their administrators and
developing coaches.

There are three categories of OSEP training:

1. OSEP Community Courses targeting teams and clubs coaches and administrators
- OSEP Community Coach & Official (CC&O) and Sport in Communities
Administrator (SiC).

2. OSEP Club Courses targeting clubs, districts, provincial, association organisations,
coaches and administrators – Management in Sporting Organisations (MiSO) and
Competition Coach
3. OSEP National Courses targeting provincial, federations and national level
administrators

Advanced Sport Management Course (aka Management in Olympic Sport
Organisation or MOSO)

As OSEP evolves, other generic training programs will be offered e.g. team manager
training
