3.2 - The Final Touch
The report is an opportunity to record preparations, delivery and review of a course. It will
help OSEP Master Educators learn from and better prepare for the next course. This report
is sent to the OSEP regional office to allow them to issue certificates of competencies for
those that have met all the requirements of the course.

3.3 - OSEP Master Educator Code of Conduct
OSEP Master Educators Code of Conduct is a guide in how one behaves in the role. It is
designed to set a high standard for OSEP in each country. Each recognized OSEP Master
Educator is required to familiarize and keep current with the code.
OSEP Master Educators hold the following values:
• Fun and enjoyment in the role
• Enjoys the responsibility of leadership
• Proactive, creative, flexible and adaptive in a range of situations
• Maintain a good character acting as a role model to their communities
• A commitment to the continuing maintenance of their own professional
development and skills maintenance
• Innovative in their professional practice
Leadership
• Applies a range of leadership styles to suit different situations and individual
Educator needs
• Leads by example providing a role model for all OSEP Master Educators
• Applies leadership in the management of conflict by applying constructive strategies
that result in positive outcomes
• Supports OSEP Educators with guidance on their training and assessing tasks
• Provides feedback to Educators on the positive behaviours and outcomes
• Provides constructive feedback to Educators regarding areas that need improvement
in a timely and tactful way
• Oversees the quality of OSEP programs delivered by Educators
• Reports to their OSEP Mentor or the Zone Coordinator or in country OSEP officer (at
that particular point in time) any anomalies or issues they cannot resolve
constructively
• Supports Educators in their career goals within OSEP
