A HLEY'S CHRISTMA



                                                           SUGA COOKIES






















            INGREDIENTS                                       PROCEDURE






             1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

            1 cup margarine                                    01     Cream together sugar and
            1 egg                                                     butter. Mix in egg, vanilla,

            1 teaspoon vanilla                                        and almond extract. Stir in
            1/2 teaspoon almond extract

            2 1/2 cups flour                                          flour, soda and cream of
            1 teaspoon baking soda                                    tartar and blend well. Chill

            1 teaspoon cream of tartar
                                                                      for 2-3 hours. Roll out

                                                                      dough and cut into desired


                                                                      shapes. Bake on a lightly

                                                                      greased sheet at 375 for 7-8


                                                                      minutes.
