SOME TIPS FOR

PERSONAL SAFETY

• Avoid going out alone and
always tell others where you

are going
• Be very careful when using cash
• Plan your journey and have machines, particularly at night
your mobile phone with you
• If you are being followed -

• Be aware of your surroundings at take decisive action or
all times and trust your instincts seek help straight away

• Do not accept lifts from strangers • Always use well lit, busy
or people you do not know well streets you know and avoid
danger spots

• Do not carry much cash,
credit cards or jewelry
