Treasurer’s Update

It’s hard to believe we have already completed the first quarter of 2021! I am pleased
to report on behalf of the Board of Directors, that we are starting the year off great
with an increased profit of $6,872. This has mainly been driven by new memberships
and reduced expenses. If your membership is up for renewal, please don’t forget to pay
your membership dues. Renewals are down $526.

Memberships are what keep our association thriving so that we can continue to offer
educational opportunities, lobby on behalf of our profession, and provide a great
networking opportunity for all members – seasoned or new. I remember how grateful I
was for experienced investigators when I first joined PPIAC as a new investigator in
2016. And speaking of new members, welcome. I am certain you will bring fresh ideas
to the association. Thanks to all members!
