• JLAP’s Clinical Team participated in the 2021 Federation of State Physician Health
Program’s (FSPHP) Virtual Conference in March and April 2021. Expenses: $1100

• JLAP’s Clinical Team participated in the 2021 American Counseling Association’s Virtual
Conference in April and May 2021. Expenses: $198 registration.

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile and JLAP’s Clinical Team met with the Committee on Bar
Admissions in May 2021. Expenses: $162.26 lunch.

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile met with the Young Lawyers Association in May 2021.
Expenses: $44.20 mileage/toll.

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile attended and hosted a booth at the 23rd LJC/NBA Annual
Meeting in May 2021. Expenses: $141.80 mileage/parking.

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile met with the staff of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in May
