Approximately 1 of these cases are straight Mental Health cases, 107 are comorbid (include
both Mental Health and Substance Use components) and 5 are pending.

Mandeville, LA in June 2022.

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile presented at three separate Four Corners CLE’s: West Monroe,
Shreveport, and Lake Charles in June 2022. Expenses: $1041.41

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile participated in LSU Law School’s 1L Orientation in August 2022.
Expenses: $81.55 mileage.

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile presented at Hammond, Sills, Adkins & Guice firm retreat in
New Orleans, LA in August 2022. Expenses: $44.23 mileage.

• Out-of-State Travel by JLAP Staff Members and Associated Costs

• Dr. Angela White-Bazile presented and hosted a booth at the 2022 Joint LJC/LSBA
Summer School Meeting in June 2022. Expenses: $2,931.57
