Fastcase provides the following support services:
• Frequently Asked Questions - An area of the website features some of the most
common and frequently asked questions and their answers.
• Live Chat - Fastcase customer service representatives are available in real time via
instant messaging. Reference attorneys are online from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST
Monday through Friday.
• Telephone Support - Fastcase's reference attorneys and customer support are
available by telephone to help users make the most of the software's cutting edge
features.
• E-Mail Support - For the night owls and weekend warriors, Fastcase is still on the
case. When representatives are not online, users can send an email and within four
hours will receive an answer either via email or by phone.
