                       Information  from  other  states  is  also  very  encouraging  and  one  of  the  issues  was
               specifically  addressed  as  I  did  have  a  concern  about  newly  admitted  attorneys  not  timely
               completing the program.  Other states have indicated that this has virtually never occurred.

                       When the recommendation was recently made to the Supreme Court about making the
               program  mandatory  it  was  carefully  reviewed  by  the  Committee  on  the  Profession  and
               unanimously  approved  there  with  unanimous  approval  also  coming  from  the  Board  of
               Governors.  This past year demonstrated that the Bar Association has the personnel and systems
               in place to handle this program on a state-wide basis if made mandatory.
