•  Create a marketing plan

                       o  The ATJ Commission will create a marketing plan with specific goals for educating
                           the public about legal resources. In creating the plan, the Commission will discuss with
                           United Way and other potential partners the feasibility of partnering on the plan to
                           include both legal and non-legal resources. For example, partners could consider a plan
                           that educates about both the Civil Legal Navigator and 211. Such a plan would need
                           to ensure that both entities are capable of cross-referring to the necessary resources.
               Depending  on capacity  and resources,  the ATJ  Commission  will consider  adding  each of the
               priority activities to the Commission’s evolving strategic plan, including identifying oversight and
               accountability  (e.g.,  committee  responsible),  champions/staff/partners,  and  simple  metrics  for
               measuring progress over the next several years.
