I pen this missive in support of Judge Tony Marabella to receive the prestigious Catherine D.
Kimball Award for the Advancement of the Administration of Justice Award. Judge Marabella should be
awarded this honor for his mere dedication to humanity. I have personally witnessed him disperse justice
fairly and equitably. We all know that crime affects the poor disproportionately...but no one would ever
know this by the way Judge Marabella dispenses Justice. He views the person as a whole to determine if
he or she needs to simply be rehabilitized, or confined in prison. In short, he does what’s in the best
interest of all involved.
