access to Internet. Isolation is more of a problem with k12. They need to interact, virtual learning needs
extra creative efforts to be able to practice these through screens. Therefore teachers too need to adapt to
new situations and demand training.

We are bombarded with information from different channels about Covid - 19. Some of these news are

inaccurate and full of speculations. It is the information we acquire and digest throughout our lives that
makes us what we are in life. What we obtain then, becomes our knowledge and vision. The necessity of
Media and Information in our everyday lives becomes crucial. As librarians we must reach children,
young adults and every adult so that they are able to think critically, question the information that is
presented to us. Whether it is distance learning or face to face we must take research seriously, because
for many people it is not an easy process. Asking questions, sorting out the reliable information is a
process and a difficult journey. It is a tough experience and a lifelong experience. The critical thinking
skills should be encouraged, without those skills we are merely accepters. We must be able to turn
obstacles to opportunities, overcoming handicaps. All librarians and teachers should collaborate locally
and globally. We should share our experiences and future plans. Kindness, solidarity, and peace has to
take over; we will be fighting against poverty, trying to solve conflicts, and disinformation.

Every person has the right to expect the hope-vaccine for a more helpful and peaceful environment.
