Contest time: Tuesday, August 25, 2020 – 2-4pm
Award: First Place Winning Team Junior & Senior Belt Buckle

RULES:
1. The contest will be broken up into two divisions: a junior division and a senior division.
2. Junior Division teams will consist of two members 13 years of age (as of January 1, 2020) and under.
3. A junior team may have a coach who gives verbal assistance only. The coach must be an AV Fair exhibitor.
4. Senior Division teams will consist of two members, one of which must be 14 years of age (as of January 1, 2020) and over. 5. Each team is required to supply their own animal, all of their own supplies, and all of their own equipment.
6. The contest will show the skill of each of the team’s safety, technique and teamwork while fitting.
7. Each will have one hour to complete the fitting of their animal to the best of their abilities.
8. Rules are subject to change. Changes will be made available in the livestock office.
9. Place both team members name on the same entry form.
10. All exhibitors must reside within fair boundaries and be entered in a local junior livestock class.

DECORATE A POULTRY PEN CONTEST
This is a contest to use your imagination to decorate the inside of a Poultry Pen. Entries Close: July 18, 2020 – 5pm
Entry Fee: None
Exhibits Received: Thursday, August 13th, 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Limit: One (1) Entry per Exhibitor per Division Location Received: Small Animal Barn
Exhibits Released: Monday, August 31st, 2pm – 6pm American System of Judging
PREMIUMS OFFERED PER CLASS: Ribbons Only
Pen Dimensions: 21” inches wide, 18” deep, and 18” inches high
RULES:
1. No live animals or real eggs can be used.
2. Exhibitor must have display completed and must be out of the building by 5:00pm on Aug. 13th or display may be disqualified. 3. To qualify for a Junior display, Juniors must set up their own display. If there is any adult participation, display will be disqualified. 4. Pens will be assigned on a first come bases.
5. Display must be Poultry Themed or Current Fair Themed. Work must be completed by the Exhibitor.
