Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Welsh III met leaders in the wing conference room and spoke to Luke
Air Force Base Airmen in February at an all-call in Hangar 999. He also visited Airmen across base. He
highlighted the Airman health, wellness and quality of life mission and community initiatives taken by
Luke Air Force Base and the Arizona Air National Guard. He also viewed the steps taken toward F-35
Lightning II Moint strike ¿ghter and .C-35 Stratotanker training and operations at both locations.
