The ocean
The ocean speaks more honestly
To those who are willing to drown
You’ll hear it more audibly
The further you’re sinking down
The depth of the sea is calling
Its eeriness feels like home
There isn’t a use in stalling
I know here to place my tomb
I feel a strange liking to it
Familiar dark abyss
I feel like I’m drawn into it
Knowing I’m darker than this
Knowing I will find the truth
Once the eater fills my lungs
There is no eternal youth
Nor a temporary one
Watching as my vision darkens
Cut the scene and fade to black
Even if god wants to bargain
I refuse to live it back
