Tina is married to Mike and they have two boys, ages 27 and 19. They also

Jim joined Dart Container Corporation in 2013 as
vice president of human resources and was promoted
to executive vice president of people, culture and
communications in 2019. Jim has 30 years of experience
in human resources and communications, having served
in such positions as associate vice president of human
resources at Wayne State University, state personnel
director for the State of Michigan and director at
KPMG, leading human resources transformational and business optimization
engagements for numerous clients.
In his current role, Jim leads companywide human resources and training
functions, and corporate communications.
Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Michigan State
University and master’s degree in public administration from Western
Michigan University.
Roger Graff
Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan
Roger Graff, MBA, AIC, CPCU, LUTCF, is vice
president of claims for Farm Bureau Insurance. Roger
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University
of Michigan, Dearborn and began his career with
Farm Bureau in 1994. His first two years with Farm
Bureau were as an agent. He then chose the Property
Casualty Claims path focusing on Liability claims in
South East Michigan. In May of 2018 Roger became
the Vice President of Claims.
Roger has earned his Associate in Claims (AIC), Life Underwriting
Training Counsel Fellow (LUTCF), Chartered Property Casualty
Underwriter (CPCU), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with
Specialization in Risk Management and Insurance from Walden University.
