New Airline in Lansing Brings Nonstop Flights

to Orlando and Fort Myers

and offer nonstop flights from Lansing
to Orlando and Fort Myers. Avelo
Airlines will become the only airline in
Lansing to provide direct air service
to Orlando International Airport and
the Fort Myers Southwest Florida
International Airport.

The impact of a new airline in Lansing affects more than
just travel, as a growing airport with more flights leads to
an economically growing Capital Region. Low cost, direct
flights to mid-Michigan’s most popular travel destinations
will bring business and leisure travelers from around the
state to enjoy the convenience of a direct flight, which will
have a significant economic impact on this region.

Avelo beginning scheduled passenger service from Lansing

The inaugural flight to Orlando will be Oct. 26, and
effective Oct. 27 Avelo will offer two weekly flights on
Thursdays and Sundays, giving travelers an easy option for

with two flights weekly on Mondays and Fridays.
