 PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
“Let all who are simple come to my house!” To those who have no sense she says, “Come, eat my food...” Proverbs 9:4-5
TO GOD: Father, I thank you that ‘You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows’ (Psalm 23:5).
FOR THE CHURCH: Father, please forgive us when we refuse your manna from heaven and take delight in other food. For “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4).
FOR THE WORLD: Almighty God, you “remove kings and raise up kings” (Daniel 2:21); you have told us what the world will be like before Jesus’ return. May we be faithful watchmen.
FOR OUR NATION: Lord Jesus, you are the answer. May we fearlessly lift your Name high. Lord, please bring revival!
FOR OUR FRIENDS: Father, we bring our unsaved friends before you, naming them individually...
FOR MYSELF: Father, the fields are white unto harvest (John 4:35). May I seek opportunity today. Amen.
