With the restrictions to restaurant operations due to COVID-19 our work to negotiate market-leading rates for third-party delivery
was more important than ever As government guidelines restricted many markets to ‘click and collect’ or delivery
services the team were driven to access more third-party delivery
options and negotiate best-rate
contracts This saw new providers in Australia New Zealand and and Singapore as as well as as new delivery
partners set up across South East Asia These negotiations enabled restaurants to continue trading throughout the restrictions Delivery also enabled increased sales across the cookie and beverage range
