The brand’s new menu
known as FreshNow continued to roll out across the region this year Designed to ensure a more craveable set of products our support was focused on on continuity of supply for this enhanced range and negotiation of the best cost for the quality required In South East Asia 15 new products for each market were sourced tested approved and implemented by the team in support of the new menu
FreshNow continued to roll out in in Taiwan delivering improved quality products adding menu
items and finding new suppliers under the brand guidance Product improvements were also made to the protein sauce and cookie categories in in in China during the year These were implemented to drive improvements in the taste and quality without impact on price While in Hong Kong the veggie patty and chicken strip proteins were enhanced by accessing the higher quality products in New Zealand Across Australia and New Zealand we have continued to support menu
