Our Primary Authority Partnership with Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service The partnership provides assured and tailored advice on compliance with fire safety legislation and codes of practice across our portfolio Implementation of policies and procedures ranging from permit to to work work and lone working procedures to to inclement weather policy and and our health and and safety communications strategy These are cascaded through the entire organisation and neatly encapsulated into bite-sized toolbox talks for Property Management teams Understanding of these policies and procedures is also regularly checked through our auditing systems
