Communications
We propose communications at at at Box Works will take the following format:
• Real time issues – using Engage communications will be immediate relevant and timely through a a a a a message whether it is
to
notify a a a a resident
about a a a a parcel received or or or that contractors will be working on on the lift
• Quarterly newsletter circulated through Engage • Proactive engagement on the Facebook page
• Live weekly webchat for 2 hours per week week - via Engage • Up to
date ‘static’ information on on Engage • Major Works residents meetings where required and questionnaires requesting feedback on on completed projects
• Monthly Directors meetings with full financial and operational report (issued 5 working days before the meeting)
• Twice yearly Leaseholder meetings - with one being the AGM
• Regular resident

• Monthly building updates to

Directors • Bi-Weekly maintenance tracker
• Resident handbook to
be issued within first 6 months and hosted on on Engage • Bi-Monthly resident
surgeries that are held at at Box Works office • Estate Estate Manager and Estate Estate staff - regular access to

• Mainstay’s active engagement with the Britannia Basin Forum
