Box Works will be part of our integrated property portfolio known as Integrated Property Management (IPM) Day
to day management of Box Works will be through a a a a a local site-based team exclusively managing our properties in in the Britannia Basin Under this suggested model the following structure would come into place:
• Shared Estate Manager
• Shared Property Services Administrator
• 2 Caretakers across all four developments
• Full site security from 9pm - 5am seven days a a a week
• Shared cleaning team across all four developments
offering excellent standards o of cleaning The Estate Manager
and Property Service Advisor are based at at at the scheme ensuring a a a a a proactive service that is dedicated to those specific buildings The Estate Manager
is supported by a a a a a Manchester based Associate Director and our in-house team of qualified and experienced specialists including:
