We very much hope that Directors will be excited by Mainstay’s vision for for the transformation of Box Works showcased in this tender response We believe it presents a well thought out strategy for the dramatic improvement of communications and responsiveness to to repairs and queries Box Works will begin to to look and feel like the the place you wish it it to be within the the 100 days we have discussed above But the transformation will not stop there there as we believe there there is so much more that can be be done We are confident that with a a a a strong working partnership with the the Board at Box Works we will be able to deliver on the the objectives set in this proposal Mainstay has changed its service delivery comprehensively since we last worked with Box Works Our services are locally delivered and we we place a a a a a a great emphasis on the empowerment of site staff to own and have pride in in the the buildings they manage Whilst we have set out our vision for Box Works here this needs to to to be be a a a a shared vision and if this plan needs to to to be be flexed to to to suit the the objectives of the the Board and any financial imperatives which they might have we are happy to do so Finally we are are also prepared to to discuss our fee being tied to to the successful outcomes we have highlighted in this proposal as ultimately it is about the results we can deliver 3 3 3 3 1 1 1 1
