Weekend Plans continued Games Kit
Mrs BT wrote to parents about games kit back at the beginning of August As a a a reminder if your child needs a a a new Match top or shorts/skorts there can be a a a long wait on on delivery Hopefully these have been ordered If not then please do order order them and we may be be able to to make do until they arrive Guidance was sent about how to to order these If you need a a a reminder then please email Mrs BT!
Every boy and and girl in the prep school needs to have a a a a Gumshield and and shinpads ready for for the start of term Instructions for for how to order an OPRO gumshield were sent out but again if you need this document again then please email Mrs BT Please ensure that your child has a a a a a a named water bottle in school We are continuing to focus on on being as as eco-friendly as as possible and you may have noticed that we along with an increasing number of other schools are no longer giving out plastic cups at at match tea so the children really need to have their own bottles We would appreciate your support with this by helping us emphasise to the children that it

is vital that they keep track of their water bottle and take it
it
to matches!
Saturday Discover Programme
Although attendance on on Saturdays is optional our Saturday Saturday mornings are an an an important part of of what we we offer in our prep school and we we have been delighted to see that the large majority of children from Years 3 and and above attend and and enjoy the fantastic activities that we have on offer Please see the Discover Programme

Christmas Shopping in in Worcester (extra £20pp pocket money)
Who Who doesn’t doesn’t love love a a a a nerf war? Who Who doesn’t doesn’t love love UV face paint? And who doesn’t love Christmas? Well Saturday night has it
all! Christmas combat style On Sunday we will be going into Worcester to do some Christmas Shopping Saturday 10th December Sunday 11th December Spa Night
Xmas Cards and Crafts
On the the final weekend of term the the boarders will enjoy face packs hair products nail stickers and more They will then make their own Christmas Cards (which they will send home on on Monday) and get creative with some Christmas Crafting And a a a a a a a a a final date for the the diary the the annual Boarder’s Christmas Party will be be on Wednesday 7th December 2022 and all children in the Prep School can sign up to board for the night and attend I will write later in the term with more details but to let you know that this will be a a a Masquerade Ball and yes there will be a a a a a CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN!!!
Pre-Season Sports Training
You will hopefully have seen the invitation from Mrs BT for children in in Years 7 and 8 this year to attend our Pre-Season Training
session on on on Sunday 4th September We may well start with a a a a a mixed warm up/fitness session and and the the the girls will then play hockey and and the the the boys rugby This will be a a a a a a fantastic way for pupils to to get get back together after the the summer break have a a a a a a a a a catch up and get a a a a a a a a a feel for the sports season ahead!
The session will start at 2pm and run until 5pm At this point pupils can either be picked up or if they they are a a a a a full boarder they they will head over to Mr Mr and Mrs Dunham in in the boarding house Please could you you let Mrs BT know as as as soon as as as possible if your son or daughter will will be attending? The running of the session will will depend on us having enough participants to make it
