Professional Contract for JT
Recent Malvern College alumnus, JT L, has signed a professional contract with Somerset County Cricket Club after following the club’s pathway scheme since first joining as an Under 10. He made his ‘List A’ debut for Somerset in the 2023 Metro Cup as well as his England U19 debut against Ireland in the same year. As a wicket-taking left-arm seamer, we are sure to see JT opening the bowling for Somerset for many years to come.

Malvern fencers continue to achieve success around the globe, most recently with Year 6 pupil Aiden and Year 7 pupil Karl, both competing in the prestigious Bank of China Fencing Competition held in Hong Kong. Both boys came home with trophies with Aiden winning a glorious Gold in the G-Grade Epee, while Karl won a stunning Silver in the A-Grade Epee. We are delighted to share their successes and have no doubt that they will continue to excel in future fencing competitions.
