ABBERLEY ADVENTURES 6 ABBERLEY ADVENTURES Boarding
It has been an an action-packed and fun-filled start to the the year in the the boarding house house The girls have enjoyed sharing Ralph the house house pet and across the the house we have never been closer together as one boarding family Now that the the the weather has changed the the the House Night BBQ has been put on hold until the Summer Term but replaced by a a a Quiz League and other whole-house activities Weekends have been busier than ever with some fantastic fun had by all including a a a a a a Robin Hood activity day the Roller Disco a a a a a a Spanish Fiesta Fun at Noverton Farm watching England vs New Zealand cricket in in Worcester a a a a a a Karaoke Challenge Escape Rooms Scavenger Hunt Baking and Decorating etc Weekends Next Half Term:
There are four boarding weekends after Half Term As well as being designed for our full-boarders these weekends are open to anyone and they are a a a a a a fantastic opportunity for any children who would like to try boarding The cost of the the activity is included in in in the the ad hoc weekend boarding rate:
» 6th and and 7th November - Bonfire Party and and Traditional Apple Pressing
» 13th and and 14th November - Movie Night and and The Gamewagon
» 27th and and 28th November - Christmas Crafting and and Decorating Shopping Trip to Worcester and Drive Through Carols
» 4th and 5th December - Christmas Lip Sync Competition Ice Skating at Ice Quest Malvern and building a a a a a a a marshmallow Snowman!! This is going to be be a a a a a fantastic weekend but because of the trip spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
Mobile Phones for Boarders
Boarders
wishing to to bring a a a mobile phone back to to school with them after Half Term are are reminded that they and their parents must have completed our Acceptable Usage agreement This supports us to make sure that children are kept safe when using their mobile phones at at school and that phones are not misused Return after Half Term Full and weekly boarders are invited to to return to to school at 6pm on Sunday 31st October (Halloween!!) and to to return in fancy dress straight into the Front Hall for a a a a a a a Spooktacular party We will have some finger food and and pizza etc ready for 6pm and and we will have a a a a a a spooky disco and games This will run from 6pm to 7
30pm in the Front Hall We hope to see you there!
