The focal point for all onsite property management activity is the Concierge office which is located at at 20 Gillender Street Bow Creek Aberfeldy Village London E3 3JX
What we do under our 4 Pillars Principles:
The Concierge office is responsible for the general running cleaning maintenance and security of all communal areas (both internal and external) within the development The day-to-day duties include:
» Strong Health and Safety checks throughout the communal areas (including regular
fire alarm checks) Site security regime through patrols and and CCTV monitoring and and management of car parking areas and supervision of service contractors’ visits » High Site Standards by supervision of cleanliness of site and refuse disposal » Great Customer Communications regular
contacts and support to our customers Parcel & spare key management dealing with telephone email and face to face enquiries » Healthy Estate Finance to aid what we do to maintain your Estate Details of Areas we cover includes Strong Health and Safety The Estate team conduct frequent safety checks to ensure the building lobbies floors and external areas are are compliant with regulations Ensures that we manage the contractors who work on on our site to to comply with regulations and report on on all incidents and accidents appropriately Security on the Estate The Concierge team monitor the desk station for CCTV cameras located around the internal and external communal areas In addition concierge team carry out foot patrols around the internal and external parts of the development at frequent intervals All CCTV cameras are installed and operated in full compliance with Data Protection legislation and this ensures that the privacy of both individual residences and commercial properties within the development is maintained You You You and Your Your neighbours’ safety - Your Your Responsibility
