Larger items such as as sofas fridges and multiple boxes cannot be stored at reception and need to to be delivered directly to to the apartment as such if you are not going to be home we ask that prior key release arrangement is put in place via email Perishable Goods
We do not accept any perishable goods including flowers and food Please make arrangement with the Company to deliver directly to your apartment door Your Key Holding and Fob Management
We hold most apartment spare keys for in case of any emergency We can ONLY release these with email authorisation from the apartment Owner and/or the Managing Agent If you you are a a a a a tenant and you you need access to the spare key you you will need to contact your Agent to authorise To support our residents the Team will be happy to to assist to to give access using the the spare key key BUT will not leave the the key key with any residents 7
