Access to Different Areas
Every apartment is allocated three coloured fobs to the Owner/Agent at handover The fobs allow access to your building and certain areas depending on on the the stipulation of the the superior lease Deactivating Fobs
For security reasons if a a fob is lost or or stolen you must report it to the concierge as
as
soon as
as
possible so that the fob can be deactivated In addition if tenants do not return the fobs at the the end of the the tenancy Owners/Agents are to inform the the Concierge team so the the fobs can also be deactivated Additional/Extra Fob Request

this will mean more cost to the apartment owner You will need to report the Building Insurers any claim against damages by obtaining insurance claim forms from Development Manager The Concierge can assist in in contacting neighbouring residents to support and in in the initial investigation to trace the source of leak stages ONLY Unfortunately the Site Team cannot recommend contractors as
this could affect liability Communal Area Leak If leak is found to originate from a a a a communal area or communal mains water pipes the responsibility to investigate and resolve will be with the Estate Office Any damages experienced by individual apartments from the escape of of water as
a a a a a a result of of a a a a a a communal problem the building’s insurers will assess and provide guidance The resident will be required to grant access to to enter the apartment for inspection to to help resolve the situation 8
