Zoe Phipps
Property Manager
Zoe has been working in the property industry for the past ten years. Her rst roles were in asset and facilities management, working on a variety of commercial units across England and Scotland.
Since 2010 Zoe has been responsible for the day to day management of rental properties nationwide and has built a wealth of experience.
Zoe joined Mainstay in 2015 to further expand her knowledge and experience of residential and estates management.
It is Zoe’s main role to ensure that the shared communal aspects of a resident’s home environment are maintained to the highest standards. In addition to communicating with residents and property owners, Zoe is responsible for managing and implementing all the services required. This includes liaising with insurance brokers, utility and all other service contract providers connected with the development.
Zoe is based in Brentford and currently manages another site in the Uxbridge area.

Adeel Akhtar
Associate Director
Adeel has worked in property management for over ten years, and has a vast knowledge and experience of managing high-pro le portfolios
and assets across London.
Adeel has previously worked in commercial property with Grade A buildings and managed o ce requirements for blue chip companies world-wide.
In this role, he had full responsibility for the London regions in a business with £8.9 million turnover.
Adeel joined Mainstay in the Residential Block Management team two years ago. In this time, he has built on his previous experience
and reinforced his professional training and accreditation, now holding IRPM.
Adeel has managed a variety and wide-ranging residential and mixed use portfolio of properties in London and the South East.
